What are the signs and symptoms of eye microaneurysms?
Unfortunately, there are no signs or symptoms of eye or retinal microaneurysms. These are most common in patients with diabetes, but can also occur with hypertension and other retinal vascular diseases. However, they can only be identified by a careful examination of the retina, usually through a dilated pupil.
