Question:
Can you tell me if the eyes are the easiest part of your body for the sun's rays to harm and the hardest to repair?

Answer:
This is a hard question to answer accurately as your question asks about the "most" of each condition. The sun's rays can harm the eyes and the skin and yet are required, at least to some degree for proper vitamin balance. I suspect that solar damage to skin is more prevalent than ocular solar damage, depending on the population in question.
