Can over use of sleep medicine cause pupil dilation in one eye only?
No, generally not. Any systemic medication that can have an impact in pupil function should affect both eyes. Unequal pupils, while often normal, can be a sign of a serious problem and evaluation by your Eye M.D. is recommended.
