Question:
I recently had surgery for a cataract. What medicine can I safely use for seasonal allergy rhinitis (an irritation and inflammation that occurs inside the nose)?

Answer:
I don't know of any allergy medicine that would be a problem after cataract surgery. Antihistamines have a drying effect so if you have dry eyes you may want to be careful with those.
