Question:
If I have a bacterial eye infection do I need to wear a patch over the eye?

Answer:
Bacteria love nothing better than a moist, warm, dark environment to multiply and flourish, so wearing a patch is generally a terrible idea. See your ophthalmologist for a correct diagnosis and specific antibiotic treatment to avoid scarring and vision loss.
