Question:
Are there any physical limitations put on someone being treated for retinal swelling? I am a long time yoga practitioner and was wondering if forward bends and other inversions would be harmful so long as the condition is present.
Answer:
This should cause no harm at all unless your retina specialist has told you to hold off.
