Question:
I have redness, extreme sensitivity to light, soreness and discoloration around my iris. What could this be?

Answer:
The symptoms you describe may be due to an inflammatory condition inside of the eye called uveitis. You should have an Eye M.D. examine your eyes and start medical treatment. Chronic inflammation inside of the eye that is not treated can lead to complications including adhesions of structures inside of the eyeball and permanent decrease of vision in the affected eye.
