Question:
Two days ago I was diagnosed with bacterial pink eye and was prescribed Ciloxan. Am I allowed to go in the sun while having pink eye? I live in Florida and was thinking of laying out in my back yard, since I am pretty much confined to my house for the next few days until my pink eye subsides.
Answer:
Yes, you can sit in the sun. The sun will not impact the pink eye. Bacterial pink eye is unusual compared to the viral form.
