I have extreme intermittent pain in my right eye near the nasal part. Is there a sinus problem?

Answer:
Sorry, but this is a difficult question to answer without examining you. I doubt that it is a sinus problem, but you have provided so little information, I cannot be certain. You need a thorough exam by your ophthalmologist.
