Question:
My doctor scraped off a retinal abscess yesterday and I'm experiencing horrible pain. How long before I can see and feel results?

Answer:
I think you must mean a corneal abscess which is on the front, clear part of the eye. This is usually quite painful and may require oral pain medication. Typically, the pain will improve in a few days.
