Question:
I'm experiencing nausea ten days after my cataract surgery. I have moderate glaucoma for which I am taking azopt three times a day besides the post-operative drops of vigamox, prednisolone and ketorolac. Is my nausea due to any of my medications?

Answer:
It is unlikely that the drops are causing nausea, but it is very important to determine that your eye pressure is not too high. If it has been ten days or more since surgery, and if your eye feels fine, I would stop the vigamox drops.
