Question:
Can you get LASIK surgery after a cornea transplant?

Answer:
Yes, and this can get rid of a lot of astigmatism that can result from a transplant. Some doctors will cut the flap and wait several weeks before doing the laser correction to make sure that the flap does not change the resulting good visual results.
