My 2-year-old likes to wear my reading glasses at home. He thinks it's funny, and frankly, it is cute. But he'll keep them on for long periods of time. Can this hurt his eyes?
A 2-year-old cannot hurt his eyes by wearing your reading glasses. However, he may be hyperopic (farsighted) and see better wearing them. Have him examined by an ophthalmologist (Eye M.D.) to determine if he needs glasses.
