Question:
Is it normal to have foggy vision after a posterior vitreous detachment?

Answer:
Yes, many times the vision can be foggy after a posterior vitreous detachment (or PVD, when the gel that fills the eye pulls away from the back layer of the eye) and the floaters take time to dissipate and usually become less noticeable, but they usually do not go away completely.
