My daughter was diagnosed with valsalva retinopathy three days ago. She is supposed to fly nonstop for a five hour flight tomorrow. Is there any known risk of aggravating the problem if she flies soon after the episode?

There is no risk of her aggravating her condition by flying after suffering valsalva retinopathy.
