Question:
Can I improve eye vision naturally through exercises so I don't need to wear eyeglasses or contact lenses?
Answer:
Wouldn't that be great! Unfortunately, problems like nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism cannot be corrected with eye exercises. Glasses or contact lenses are a must if you want to achieve your best vision. Though eye exercises will not solve the problem, there are other options. Laser surgery on the cornea of the eye such as PRK and LASIK can reduce a patient's dependence on glasses or contact lenses.
