Question:
I had laser treatment today on a retinal hole in my right eye. I am a regular exerciser and practice heavy weights daily. Is it wise to continue my exercise or should I stop it? If so, for how long?

Answer:
Generally, people should avoid strenuous exercise for about one week after laser.
