Approximately eight weeks after cataract surgery I flew to Europe via Singapore. When we got off the plane in Singapore, I had double vision which subsided after about 40 minutes. When I got off the next flight in Barcelona the same double vision occurred but lasted about 30 minutes. Is this something I will experience each time I take a long distance flight?
This may relate to fatigue, but is not a side effect of having a cataract removed. You need to be evaluated by your eye physician.
