Does watching TV and/or using a computer about one or two hours after having your eyes dilated cause any problems to your eyesight?
Eye dilation is needed for an adequate view of the retina at the back of the eye. It obviously makes the eye more light sensitive and does disturb focusing especially in younger persons. The eyes will function as best as possible despite the dilation and there is no harm to the health of the eye or to the vision when viewing TV, computers or reading after dilation.
