Ask an Eye M.D. Answer Archive
Question:
After cataract surgery, how soon can I run a marathon?
Answer:
Most patients should be able to run a marathon within two to three weeks of their cataract surgery, but you need to ask your ophthalmologist (Eye M.D.) this question just to be certain that your healing has reached that level of safety.
