Can I use an inversion table if I have a small cataract (a clouding of the eye’s lens that occurs over time) in one eye?
This will cause no problem at all with respect to cataract formation or advancement over time (p.s., I have one and it is great for my back and abs!). Long inversion, however, can affect intraocular pressure and those with glaucoma (a disease that damages the optic nerve due to increased pressure within the eye) should use with caution.
