Do numerous camera flashes have a negative impact on a baby's eyes?
No. There is no proven damage from this source on the eyes of a baby. There is a diagnostic implication. If the child is older than about 4-6 months when alignment is generally established, and the red eye reflex only appears on one eye consistently (instead of both consistently) then there may be a problem which needs attention and you should see your pediatric ophthalmologist right away.
