What drops can be used to treat bacterial infection in children under 2 years old?
Polytrim, azithromucin and sulfacetamide are three examples. However you don't say what type of bacterial infection. The common infection of conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye, typically resolves on its own and often doesn't require treatment. A much more serious infection such as a bacterial corneal infection may require much stronger antibiotics to prevent severe eye damage.
