Dr. Paul Sternberg

Paul Sternberg Jr., MD, is a retina specialist and the G. W. Hale Professor and Chairman of the Vanderbilt Eye Institute in Nashville, Tenn. He received his medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins prior to a retina fellowship at Duke University. In addition to his clinical practice, he maintains an active academic and research program and currently is President-Elect of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
